Our Story
Morgan Strategic started in 2011 when our founder noticed something: most change initiatives failed not because the strategy was bad, but because nobody actually implemented it right. People were overwhelmed. Communication was murky. Nobody knew what success looked like. So she built a company around fixing that specific problem. We started small—three consultants working out of a modest office in Hradec Králové. Now we've got 13 people on staff and we've helped reshape how dozens of companies approach transformation. We're still in Hradec Králové. Still focused on the same core problem. Just better at solving it.
