Open Positions
Change Management Consultant
Work directly with organizations navigating major transformations. You'll develop change strategies, help with stakeholder engagement, and help teams adopt new ways of working. Client-facing role with autonomy to shape your approach. Prior consulting or transformation experience preferred, but we care more about how you think.
Apply NowSenior Change Strategist
Lead complex, multi-phased transformation programs for enterprise clients. You'll own strategy development, team oversight, and client relationships. This role requires 8+ years of change management experience and demonstrated ability to influence at C-suite level. You'll drive methodology innovation internally too.

Create and execute communication strategies that actually land with people during transformations. Develop messaging, manage change narratives, produce content across channels. You understand that how you say something matters as much as what you're saying. Design thinking background valuable.

Keep our projects running smoothly. Manage timelines, coordinate across teams, track deliverables, handle client logistics. You're organized without being rigid. Details matter to you, but you're also comfortable adapting when plans shift (which happens constantly in our world).
